Our Shiitake are exactly the same as we use Japanese technology and know-how! However, because we are located in the heart of Europe, it is possible to supply any country in Europe within few days with high quality (first class) shiitake, while the one imported from Asia take more than a month and it is impossible to be first class quality.
We are open for visits when they are prearranged. If you need to visit us be it for business or academic purposes, please send us a request at [email protected] and we will make sure to accommodate your request immediately.
It all depends from clients’ requests! We have a team of 50 people who work on packaging alone therefore we can accomodate any request depending from the client. Packages can be at small quantities (250 gr) or larger ones (3 kg) and anything in between.
The peak season for wild mushrooms are from June to October. Due to the high request in Europe, it is impossible to collect quantities that can serve all year around. Our facility supports such aim, but we cannot promise to supply clients all year round with wild mushrooms.
Yes, our facility is brand new, one of the most advanced facilities in Europe, which allows us to have shiitake at the same capacity and quantity 365 days a year.
